In case you hadn’t heard, NYC subways have banned dogs unless they fit in a carrier or bag. That’s not a problem if you own a chihuahua or a Pomeranian, but what about the other 90% of dogs that are actually dog-sized? Dog owners from the Big Apple have been taking the “fit your dog in a bag” challenge very seriously over the last few months. The results are hilarious.
